Christina Smiros

Christina Smiros is an new media artist from New York. Smiros’s work explores intersubjectivity and interpersonal relationships in technophilic societies through storytelling. She holds a Masters of Fine Art in Visual Studies from Pacific Northwest College of Art and a Masters of Science in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University.

Smiros has shown her work nationally in New York, Boston, and Portland, OR, and internationally in Mexico and Italy. Her project AM/Projected Relation was exhibited at the Museum of Human Achievement in Austin, TX, and as s well as a part of the [ANTI]MATERIA embassy pavilion  in Empty Vessels // Vulnerable Bodies in the Wrong Biennale 2017. Smiros was also a part of the 2017 & 2016 Satellite Art Show in Miami Beach, Florida with performance artist Miriam Parker.
