Ming Fay

Born in Shanghai, sculptor Ming Fay received a scholarship to study at the Kansas City Art Institute, and earned his MFA from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He has been a professor at William Paterson University since 1985. His work has been exhibited at the Corcoran Gallery of Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Museum of Contemporary Art Shanghai, among many others. Fay’s public commissions include the Oregon Convention Center, the Metropolitan Transit Authority of New York City, and the Berrie Center for Performing and Visual Arts at Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey.
