Carole A. Feuerman

Hyperrealist sculptor Carole A. Feuerman attended the School of Visual Arts, Hofstra University, and Temple University. In the 1970s, she began focusing on the swimmer as a representation of a physical and mental ideal for a balanced human being. Today, her large-scale figurative sculptures of swimmers are part of the permanent collections of Grounds for Sculpture, the El Paso Museum of Art, the Bass Museum, Art-st-Urban, and many others. Feuerman’s work has been the exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Venice Biennale, Hermitage Museum, and The Palazzo Strozzi Foundation, among others.
