Dean Cornwell: A Lasting Influence

An exhibition of Dean Cornwell (1892–1960), one of the most esteemed artists of the Golden Age of Illustration, Dean Cornwell: A Lasting Influence features a total of eleven works on loan from the Museum of Illustration at the Society of Illustrators, the Illustrated Gallery, the Salmagundi Club, and two private collections. This exhibition will celebrate Cornwell’s exceptional draftsmanship and natural storytelling abilities, which have continued to influence several generations of realist painters.

The exhibition opening will coincide with Mana Contemporary’s Fall Open House on October 15, 2017 from 1–8PM.
