Tatyana Tenenbaum, a Mana Contemporary Process Lab participant, will be developing her latest work, Tidal, due to premiere in May 2019 at Danspace Project. Kyle Marshall, a current participant in Mana’s Performance Residency Program, will be developing works at Mana through 2020.

TATYANA TENENBAUM
Tatyana Tenenbaum is a choreographer and composer whose work explores the phenomenal space of the singing body and its capacity to hold and shape American folkloric narrative, trauma, and transformation. Her original work has been commissioned and presented by Brooklyn Studios for Dance, Center for Performance Research, the Chocolate Factory Theater, Dance Theater Workshop Fresh Tracks, Danspace Project, and Temple University, among others.

KYLE MARSHALL
Named “New to Watch” by Dance Europe magazine, Kyle Marshall is an emerging choreographer who sees the dancing body as a container of history, an igniter of social reform, and a site of celebration. Recently, Marshall won the Dance and Performance “Bessie” Jury Award. His company, Kyle Marshall Choreography, is a current participant in Mana’s Performance Residency Program.
